Pet Stories of Love

God is Love

Unconditional love is hard to understand. It is easy to give love when someone loves you. The hardest thing is to love those who hate you. There are many animals that love no matter what you do to them. One man tried to drown his dog but it survived and later ended up saving his master's life.

Every one loves a puppy. They are so sweet to hug and love to play the cutest games. A dog can be your best and most loyal friend. It doesn't matter what you look like or how sick you are, the dog just keeps on loving.

We enjoy ducks because one day while trying to do the art work on these Bible lessons, I was very discouraged. I asked God to help me but the duck I was drawing for a pond in heaven looked too sick to be in heaven. I felt God had not answered my prayer. The next morning at my swimming pool was a duck! She had clipped wings and waddled about. I thought she might fly off so I ran for the camera. After using up 3 rolls of film, my children woke up. ..They ran for all the bread we had in the house. The little duck had quite a feast. In the meantime I got the best pictures. They eventually coaxed her into their arms.

She stayed at our house three months till the lessons were all drawn up, then she was gone. Since that time, we have had a few baby ducks to play with that we bought at the store.

Amazing Dog story

A baby was born to a young lady who threw the baby in the garbage and did to want anyone to know that she had a baby. God sent a little dog from the alley way to clean the baby and cuddle around the baby to keep it warm. Police finally found the baby when the doctor from the emergency room asked them to look. The dear faithful little dog looked so sad when the baby was taken from her. She was a mix breed and looked as if she was bedraggled and loved by no one. She had finally found some person who needed her and now the baby was taken. This little dog had unconditional love. The baby had done nothing to make the dog happy. But the dog loved her.
Each person is a treasure. God does not throw anybody away. He wants to save all but He only wants obedience out of a heart of love not fear. All are allowed the choice.
He cares about you so "Leave all your worries with Him, because He cares for you. " I Peter 5:7

Jesus said some mothers even forget their baby that is still nursing but He will never forget you. You have been engraved in the palm of His hand. When He had the nails in His hands, the scars left are like your name is written there. He was thinking about you when He died to save you.

I knew of a mama that was on drugs who just left her baby under a tree with a diaper bag near by and forgot all about it. Someone found the baby and made sure it was placed in a loving home.

Jesus wants you to feel happy and safe near Him. Jesus  wants you to know he has forgiven you. He always blesses children who love to listen and obey Him. He said "Let the Children come to me." Mt. 19:13
Jesus does not change when you are bad. When you lose your temper, and beat on others or say mean things, you feel sad and tired. Sin separates you from joy. Sin brings the guilt disease that is so painful.

Sin destroys our fellowship with God so we run from His presence. Genesis 3:8; Isaiah 59:1,2

All have sinned and are under the penalty of death (Romans 3:23)

Jesus experienced death for us. (Heb. 2:8,0)

As we repent, He forgives. (Acts 3:19)

As we confess, He pardons. (I John 1:9)

Believing in Him, we receive the gift of eternal life. (I John 5:11-13) Through grace, by faith we become sons of God. (John 1:12)

It is always possible to return to the old life of sin and have our names erased from the book of life in heaven. Each day we have the choice. (2 Peter 2:19-22, Rev. 3:5; 1 Cor. 9:27) While probation is still open,  We can still find forgiveness.

Even in our rebellion, He is a God ready to pardon.

Like a father loves his children, God is a tender Father eager to have a loving relationship with us. He knows we are human and made out of dust. He knows where we were born and what we have been through. Psalms 103:13,14  This chapter in Psalms goes on to say that He has mercy and helps those who keep His commandments.

He will never leave one of His precious  obedient people behind. He will never forget them.

This kitten loves being dressed like a baby. Press the arrow to make this video play. God gave us kittens like this to show us His love.

Our little girl needed us to stop the car quickly by the side of the road miles from any restroom. She just couldn't wait. She cried out in fear to her daddy, now don't leave me behind daddy. He reassured her he would never even think of doing such a thing. It bothered him that she would even have that fear.

God would never even think of leaving one of His children behind. In Zeph. 3:17 it says God sings about you.  His loving heart is troubled about the fear and distress that the movie and book LEFT BEHIND is causing.

Many people today are talking about a movie and book called LEFT BEHIND. In this movie are many things that are not found in the Bible. We are going to study in great detail what happens when Jesus comes in a later lesson.

Jesus' return to this earth is going to be a very noisy event. No one will miss it. Look in the Bible at I Thessalonians 4:16,17. I have never heard a trumpet play so soft I could not hear it. My brother always practiced his trumpet and I always heard it no matter where I was outside our home. The Bible says every eye will see this event. (Revelation 1:7)

Jesus promised:

"I will never leave thee nor forsake thee. So we may boldly say, I will not fear what man shall do unto me. Hebrews 13:5,6. There are some 1,800 Bible passages that refer to or discuss the Second Advent of Jesus. In fact, the coming of Jesus is the biggest thing discussed in 17 Old Testament books and two of the New Testament books.

Now put your thinking cap on and answer a few quiz questions.  Then if you want to read more texts on the topic of being left behind, you can find them after the quiz.

1. What do loving pets teach us about God's heart?

2.  Does God throw us away?

3. Does allowing us choice show more love from God's heart?

4.Does the Bible speak about a quiet sneaky second coming of Jesus for His friends?

5.What does I Thessalonians tell us about the noise out of God's mouth and the trumpets?

6. How bright will the coming of Jesus be?

7. Will God ever leave behind one of His obedient loving children?

8. What did Jesus mean when in Isaiah 49, He said He had written you in the palm of His hand?

9. Where in the Bible does it say that Jesus is making a home for you?

10. Where in the Bible does it say that Jesus sings about you?

11. Do you think maybe , now let your imagination go, Do you think maybe He is singing your song while He is making your home in heaven? Do you think maybe a parrot could be learning that song and could sing it for you when you live there?

I think it would be fun to have a parrot as a pet. If He wants to, God could have one there for me. I like to dream about my place there. John 14: 1-3 tells me that Jesus is working on my place. I want to be there, and He wants me there. He wants you there too.

What happens to those who do not want to be friends with God and obey His law? What happens to those who make up their own law of god and try to save themselves? Jesus said it would be like it was in the days of Noah. All who did not get into the ark were lost. All who did not leave Sodom were burned. These Bible stories show that all that are left behind die. (Luke 17:26-29) There is not more time to get ready. There is not 7 years to prepare. If you think this is from the Bible, send the text to me and ask me about it.

More texts:

.According to the Bible, when Jesus returns, He will come: 1. with all the angels (Matt. 24:31; 25:31; Mark 8:38); 2. with power and great glory (Matt. 24:30; Mark 13:26; Luke 21:27); 3.with a shout (1 Thess. 4:16); 4. with the voice of the archangel (! Thess. 4:16; 5. with a great sound of a trumpet (Matt. 24:13; 1Cor. 15:52; 1 Thess. 4:16); 6. in the glory of His Father (Matt. 16:27; Mark 8:38; Luke 9:26); 7. in His own glory (Luke 9:26); 8. with brightness (2 Thess. 1:7,8): 9. in flaming fire (2 Thess. 1:7,8)10. as brightly as lightning (Matt. 24:27); and 11. visibly -- every eye shall see Him (Rev. 1:7)

Jesus said false Christ's shall arise (Mathew 24:24) and pretend to be Jesus but Satan and any helper of his can never imitate the real display. Read carefully the above details so you will not be tricked. Test every claim by the Bible.

If a pretender has the appearance of white robes and speaks kindly and even looks like He is healing people, but does not have the loud shout, the trumpets, the rainbow, the brightness, the lightning, and all of these details then do not even go to look for it is either Satan himself or one of his helpers.

After studying lesson 2, you will understand that Satan is working very hard to destroy all of us. He has only a little time left and He uses a sneaky approach. With the Bible in your hand and a prayer for God's help to read it right, you can see through the tricks.

Lesson 5 is next. It covers different kinds of sheep and shepherding  dogs. We will look at the shepherd and how both the lamb and the shepherd are like Jesus. If you have a pet lamb and would like me to publish a picture of your lamb send it to me at POB 351, Cheney, Washington 99004. You can also email it to me at Biblelessons@starband.net I could also use  on this web site, a video clip of your lamb.  To go  to lesson 5 click on  LESSON 5.
