 Meteors
come into our atmosphere with such speed that they catch on fire and make
a bright light in the sky. |
 As
many as 19,000 meteorites bombard the earth each year. They range from
apple size to much larger. In a canyon called Diablo, Arizona, there is a crater
that is believed to have been made from a meteor that pounded into the
earth there. It is estimated that it weighed 15 thousand pounds. The crater
is 3/4 a mile wide. |
 Story
is told of a car that was hit by a meteor from outer space. A hole was
made in the car. The meteor came with so much force it tore right through
the metal. The car brought thousands of dollars to the owner because a man
saw an opportunity to make a place for people to pay and see this amazing
car struck by a meteor. |
 I
would like to have my 1985 car suddenly worth thousands because a ball of
fire hit it from the sky. I would prefer not to be inside, however upon
impact! |
 There
is an observatory in Canada that collects data on meteors. There is a data
center reporting 54 separate reports of fireballs seen from January to
June 22, 2001 showing 67 reported balls of fire. |
 The
American Meteor Society
collects data on meteors, meteor showers, meteoric fireballs and related
meteoric phenomena. |

One Big Meteor |
 Remember
the big rock in lesson 8 that hit the image and knocked everything down?
That big stone took over world leadership. See Daniel 2. All the
predictions of that image have taken place. We are now in the toe nails of
that image of prophecy. There will never be a world leader again until the
stone hits this earth. This is a prediction of Jesus who is coming back to
rule this earth. His feet will not touch the earth, He will blow His
trumpet and call with a loud voice. |
 This
is not a silent event. The earth will rock and roll at His approach. The
rivers will stop flowing. Tidal waves will happen at the oceans.
Earthquakes will shake the earth under us as this happens.
At the sound of His voice, all the graves will open. Those who died believing in Jesus, He knows where they are. He creates their bodies again. He makes them all young looking. They come out of the ground, ocean, caves of the earth with joyful smiles. Their arms will be uplifted to their KING. They will be thrilled to see Jesus. As they see how pure He is, they will have paleness on their faces and say, "who shall be able to stand?"

The mountains pour out fire and smoke as they erupt like volcanoes.
Tornados will be numerous. |
 
The
earth opens and closes. All nature is in commotion as Jesus comes near.
The sky fills with millions of bright forms. |
  Every
eye will see it all. This is not any secret thing. The light is too bright
to miss. The eyes of the blind will be opened. Every eye will see this. |
  The
dead who died believing come out of the grave in their young newly made
bodies glowing with health. Their faces are so thrilled to see Jesus. |
  My
little baby Jerry will be hand delivered to me. How I long for that day.
What a hope we have as we see all the prophecies being fulfilled. Families
will be reunited. Those who are still living at that time will not head up
to heaven ahead of the dead. The dead start up to heaven first. We get to
see the whole thing. Then we who are alive will be caught up to meet them.
What a privilege the living have as they watch the dead live again. What a
tremendous time we live in. Many who were leaders in the faith longed to
see this day. We are living in that time. As prophecies happen, there is
only a tiny little bit left to happen. The gospel has to go throughout the
whole world and then the end can come. Share this hope with your
friends.

Angels confirmed His promise and testified to its truthfulness. Acts 1:9-11 Enoch, the seventh from Adam, prophesied of our Lord's return. Jude 14 David declares "Our Lord shall come." Psalm 50: 3 There are over 1500 prophecies of Jesus' Second Coming recorded in the Bible. For every prophecy of His first coming mentioned in the Old Testament, there are eight predicting His Second Coming. The return of our Lord is mentioned once in every five verses in the New Testament. When Jesus returns, every eye shall see Him come. Rev. 1:7 His return shall be like the lightning flashing across the sky. Mathew 24:27 It will be an audible event. The righteous dead will be resurrected and along with the righteous living caught up in the sky. I Thessalonians 4:16, 17 God will clothe His people with immortality. I Cor. 15:51-54 They will always be young. They will wake up looking young. His return will be a glorious event. He comes with His reward. Matt. 16:27 The unrighteous wicked who hated Jesus and His followers, will be afraid and cry for the rocks to fall on them. Revelation 6:14-17 The evil are purged out of His kingdom by fire and the righteous saved through all eternity. The righteous are delighted to see Him come. They joyfully say," Here is OUR GOD." Isaiah 25:9 As the King of Kings Jesus comes. He is not going to appear as a little helpless human to be born a little babe. He comes this time as a King that has won the long battle with Satan. (Revelation 19:11-16) He is the winner of a war that lasted 6,000 years. His coming is called the BLESSED HOPE of a lost mankind. Titus 2:13 Here is the final invitation to prepare for His coming. It is recorded in Revelation 22: 11,12, 17-20 The time is at hand He that is unjust, let him be unjust still; and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely. Don't let any one try to take any thing out of the Bible, or add anything. It is very serious what will happen. Rev. 22:18-20 For I testify unto every man that heareth the words of the prophecy of this book. If any man shall add unto these things which are written in this book: And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and from the things which are written in this book. He which testifieth these things saith, Surely I come quickly. Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus. |
Extra Information on fireballs
| There
will be fire balls at the end of time that will crash into mansions and
expensive buildings. People who have raised up very expensive businesses
and dwellings using labor exacted from the poor at starvation wages will
see their places destroyed by fire. What a waste of energy!
"And there fell upon men a great hail out of heaven, every stone about the weight of a talent (130 pounds): and men blasphemed God because of the plague of the hail; for the plague thereof was exceeding great." Revelation 16:21
The things which last for ever are the themes of the Bible. Eternal life is for those who believe and obey. God wants all to be saved.
If you pray this prayer every day and really mean it, God will give you many good and fun things to do for Him and I will meet you in heaven. |

Meteors
Jesus will smile and say, "My grace is sufficient for
you". All know they do not deserve this but how happy are those who
believed and obeyed God no matter how cruel people were to them.
God
has people who actually go hungry for three days so they can feed or help
a missionary coming to them to spread the Bible truths. Jesus gave the
most when He left His mansions and high position in heaven to come live
among ungrateful people to help them discover God's loving character. He
suffered abuse at their hands.
Jesus
cried when He looked at Jerusalem. He said He wished He could gather all
under His wings and shelter them but so many rejected Him. Mathew 23:37
