| God hears our prayers and begins working on them even
before we ask.

 Because
so many gallons of water came into the shelter through the kitchen
ceiling, my fifteen year old son, placed a partial roof to help with rain
run off. The posts were bolted to the 50 year old metal frame of the
trailer shelter.
Satan was defeated again. The poverty did not stop our desire to help others. We just kept on sharing the Bible lessons with the world. God gave courage. |
| The need for a dish for uploading became real evident when phone lines kept giving us trouble. We asked the phone company to fix the problem. They said it was our problem and it worked at the pole. Well, it does not work there. Anyway, God had a remedy for us. We bypass the phone to put the 90MB Bible lesson website uploading to the server. My son had saved up for this dish. He stated it should only take 10 minutes to upload yet it took three days with all kinds of struggles that first effort. |
| God has a thousand ways to get His work done. The work He has assigned me right now, is reaching my children and the children of the world with the undiluted three angels message. I am to help prepare the children of the world for His soon coming. This is the "Nehemiah wall" that I am not to come down from to tend to other matters. God has a work for all to do. He has a work for you, dear friend. |
 The amazing thing to me was that the roof repairs done
six months ago provided the perfect attachment site for the dish. I
believe before we called for help, God provided. Even direction needed
through trees was provided. All is not just an accident. When these single
wide trailers were drug in here, there was only one inch extra for turning
the corner and not having to cut a tree down. It was as if the angels had
even planted the random pine trees just right for clearance. They also
planted the group of four for a tree house for the little children. All
were designed twenty years ago by God knowing that we, His children
would get this piece of land that has never been lived on. |
 While we were having the dish installed, we had the
pleasant surprise of getting acquainted with one of God's special people.
Burt Marsh has been a born again Christian for 2 years and is a great
inspiration. He is looking to help teens through their troubled years. He
wants to help them find Jesus. He works with them every Tuesday. His
testimony is rich with stories of how God has led in his life. He was
delivered by God from drug habits and has been sustained through desertion
by a wife who did not like the Christian life style. He tells how he
prayed through and even cooked her a great meal when she came over one
day. He is thrilled that he has been privileged to lead his family to
Jesus and that his previous wife is now going to church. He says through
his testimonies while he installs dishes, six people have given their
hearts to Jesus and dedicated their lives praying the sinners prayer.
Praise God for this shining witness. May God give him double the success
in bringing souls to Jesus this year. |
| I am so thankful for all the surprises God sends. |
We
were loaned a shelter after winds destroyed the tents we lived in when we
lost our home in bankruptcy. This shelter was old, leaky and
moldy. We did our best to make do with what we had in the cold winters. We
started with plumbing and placing reflectix insulation on ceiling to hold
it up and insulate against cold. The tents we started out in were
shredded by high winds. We thank God He provided. How we looked forward to
being able to build a little cabin with logs but getting started is very
involved and expensive. We determined never to borrow again in our
lives. Life is so changeable. Since Larose was beat up and threatened to
be shot by a jealous doctor partner with a brain tumor, the landslide into
bankruptcy and home loss could not be stopped. We thanked God for teaching
us that material things have no value in this life.
